Why Sofee exists

There is a gap in the hiring market. A job advert reaches whoever happens to be on that board, that week. A specialist agency reaches a real shortlist, but charges 20 to 25 percent of first-year salary. For most teams, the gap between those two options is where good hires get lost.

Sofee closes that gap. Whole-of-market search across LinkedIn, industry communities, competitor networks, specialist boards, and inbound response, in parallel. Ten percent flat fee, paid on placement. Every shortlist reviewed by a human recruiter before it reaches you.

How we built her

Sofee ran in production inside Consortia for twenty-four months before we opened her to outside clients. That meant the people training her were the same recruiters using her every day, on real briefs, with real consequences. The voice, the sourcing logic, the shortlist standard, the brief-taking style — all of it was shaped by working recruiters, not by a product team writing prompts in isolation.

The AI does what it is good at: parallel search, structured screening, fast pattern-matching across thousands of profiles. The human does what they are good at: judgement on the borderline candidate, the introduction note, the call where a CV doesn't tell the full story.

Sofee is a brand operated by Consortia Personnel Ltd, an employment agency registered in England and Wales. Consortia has run specialist recruitment search since 2010 and works with paying clients across multiple sectors and salary bands.
