These terms cover use of the sofee.ai website itself. Terms for the Sofee recruitment service sit separately in client engagement letters and candidate registration confirmations.

About these terms

This site is operated by Consortia Personnel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Sofee. By using sofee.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptable use

Please use the site for its intended purpose: learning about Sofee, browsing open roles, applying to roles, or starting a search.

Do not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the site at scale beyond ordinary human browsing.
• Attempt to bypass any rate limits, access controls, or technical protections.
• Submit false information through the application or search forms.
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications to candidates listed in open roles.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any embedded software.
• Use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on sofee.ai, including the Sofee name and waveform mark, written copy, code, design, and brand assets, is owned by Consortia Personnel Ltd or licensed to us. You may share links to public pages and quote short extracts with attribution. All other use requires our written permission.

Open-role descriptions may include third-party content (for example, client company names or logos) used with permission for the purpose of advertising the role.

Applying for roles

When you apply to a role through Sofee, you are providing personal data to Consortia Personnel Ltd, the agency operating Sofee. See the Privacy notice for how that data is handled, and the AI & data policy for how Sofee processes it.

You confirm that any information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Material misrepresentation may result in withdrawal from a search.

Starting a search

Submitting the "start a search" form is an enquiry, not a contract. We will respond, scope the brief with you, and any engagement will be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an as-is basis. We work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, but cannot guarantee either at all times. Open-role information is updated regularly and may change without notice.

Sofee's AI is designed with care and supported by human review, but no recruitment process can guarantee a hire. Outcomes from any search depend on the role, market conditions, and the brief.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Consortia Personnel Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Linked sites

Sofee.ai links to third-party sites, including consortia.com and external job application destinations. We are not responsible for content or practices of sites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
